This policy explains how Craft Engineering ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit craftfacility.com or contact us through it.
Who we are
Craft Engineering is a facility management and maintenance contractor based at Capital Mall Building, 5th Settlement, Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. You can reach us at info@craftfacility.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
Newsletter: your email address.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and, only if you accept cookies, usage statistics (pages visited, device and approximate location) collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes or services you ask for; to send newsletters you subscribed to; to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and, only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (usage statistics). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Egypt.
Cookies
The site remembers your language and cookie choice. Analytics cookies and scripts (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) are only loaded if you click Accept on the cookie banner; you can decline or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract requires longer. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@craftfacility.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
